That moment when a slide appears on screen and everyone suddenly wants a copy—a sea of mobile phones appear as the room frantically snaps photo after photo hoping to get the shot before it disappears forever.

Description: Symposia slide download via NFC Totems by the exit.

Problem: Delegates want digital copies of slides not full presentations.

Solution: “Tap your device to download” kiosk positioned on the exit. Contactless NFC to open HTML link to slide sorter.

Using contactless technology, simply tap your phone on the kiosk and a prompt opens your browser - where you’ll see all the slides from the session in “slide sorter” view. Select the slides you want and download as a PDF to your device.

The slide sorter is brandable, has a “download consent” pop-up and analytics. Can be switched on for the symposium session only. Once it's been used at the symposium, it can be moved back to the exhibition stand as a content download kiosk.

Low data usage - operates on the congress WiFi for free
